Yesterday felt like a nice day of summer vacation! For lunch I used two more of the Chuys tortillas and the leftover sweet potato stuffing to make some veggie tacos. They were filling and deeeeeelicious.
Even though my lunch filled me up as I was eating it, I still got really hungry in the afternoon! Onions, corn, and black beans are not rich foods by any means so I really didn’t eat the much. That’s what I love about fruits and veggies, you can eat a lot!
I snacked on an apricot, pita chips and hummus, and a small serving of frozen yogurt. For dinner we made more sweet potato fries and finished the leftover organic hot dogs. We were low on buns so I had to improvise. 😀
After dinner, it was time to walk the dog and then settle in for game three of the finals! Halley and I came up with a “drinking game” (sparkling water for me) to make the game even more fun. Here were the rules:
My breakfast today was exactly the same as yesterday!
Oatmeal with blueberries, banana, dark chocolate almond butter, and cinnamon. I got outside for some exercise before it got too hot and then had some errands to run. When I got home I snacked on a tortilla with hummus, yum!
